I love a good smoothie for breakfast or lunch. This one has the essential fats, good protein, and a balanced amount of carbs and sugar that allow your body to absorb and metabolize the nutrients for optimal absorption and energy! 3 scoops of Nutrimeal Free

6oz coconut milk

6 oz almond milk

Handful of frozen blueberries

1 frozen banana

1 tsp raw honey

1 tsp Great Lakes unflavored gelatin
